Rajbet offers a voluntary self-exclusion mechanism to pause or suspend gambling activity across all Rajbet products. This policy explains the available exclusion options, their effects, and the process to request and manage them.
This policy applies to all Rajbet accounts and services operated by Rajbet. It governs self-exclusion and related cooling-off measures, including restrictions on deposits, wagers, and access to promotions. It does not cover third-party services not operated by Rajbet.
Self-Exclusion: a formal request to permanently or for a defined period restrict access to Rajbet gambling services across all products.
Time-Out (Cooling Off): a shorter interruption from gambling activity, chosen by you for a defined period, during which deposits and bets are blocked and access to products is limited.
You may initiate a self-exclusion directly in your Rajbet account by navigating to the Self-Exclusion section of the My Account area. If you are unable to access your account, you may contact Rajbet Support to commence the process. You will be asked to select an exclusion period and confirm your decision. Exclusion applies to all Rajbet products and services.
You may set personal deposit, spend, and loss limits in the My Account area at any time. If you exceed a pre-set limit while excluded, further activity may be restricted pending a review. Changes to limits or exclusions are subject to Rajbet’s discretion and may be declined in certain circumstances. Requests to revoke a limit or exclusion require written confirmation in the manner designated by Rajbet.
Rajbet will take reasonable steps to avoid sending promotional material to customers who have self-excluded or placed a Time-Out. If you attempt to register or alter account details while excluded, Rajbet is not liable for activity arising from such actions, provided it complies with applicable laws.
If you experience gambling-related issues, Rajbet reserves the right to provide information about available professional support services in your jurisdiction. You may contact Rajbet Support for guidance on available resources and for assistance with the self-exclusion process.
Following the expiry of a self-exclusion period, your Rajbet account may be reactivated. If Rajbet updates this policy or the Terms and Conditions, notices will be provided. Existing users may discontinue use of Rajbet services before an updated policy becomes effective, which shall take effect no sooner than two weeks after notice.
In the event of a dispute related to self-exclusion, the matter will be resolved under Rajbet’s dispute resolution framework and the governing law applicable to the general Terms and Conditions of use for Rajbet platforms.
